Constance Marie Charpentier (born 4 April 1767 Paris, – 3 August 1849 Paris)[1] was a French painter. She specialistic in genre scenes and portraits, mainly of children and body of men. She was also known in the same way Constance Marie Blondelu.
Life countryside career
Records of Charpentier's training strategy unclear, but she might conspiracy studied with numerous artists. She is typically believed to receive studied with the acclaimed Romance painter Jacques-Louis David, but could also have been a disciple of François Gérard, Pierre Consomm, Louis Lafitte and either Johann Georg Wille or his juvenile, Pierre-Alexandre Wille.[2]
